After long deliberations, University of St. Thomas has begun contracts with two fair trade coffee vendors, switching from a non-fair trade vendor. The new vendors are also local businesses.
This two-vendor situation is an innovative approach implemented to ensure that both providers together will be able to meet the large demand for coffee on campus.
